Technique & Materials

I love to work with fabric, paper, dye and paint.

The starting point for new work is experimentation with all kinds of materials. Newly created fabric is cut, torn, combined and placed on a surface.

I enrich my abstract collages of textiles with both machine stitching and hand stitching. Most of my work is flat and made to hang. Sometimes my work is 3-D.
